Caio Conti Guidote Ribeiro
PhD MSCA Fellow @ IP-Paris.
Automation and Control Engineer.
I am currently a PhD candidate in the SWEET Project (DC6), an European project aimed at making robots more socially aware, funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2023 program under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions. I am under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Adriana Tapus and enrolled at ENSTA Paris, part of the Institut Polytechnique de Paris, within the Computer Science and Systems Engineering Laboratory (U2IS) on the Autonomous Systems and Robotics Research Group. I will also spend half of my PhD in industry partners, namely NAVER LABS Europe and RT Corporation. My current research focuses on enabling robots to adapt their behavior to human social norms.
Previously, I completed my MSc at the Computer Vision and Robotics Laboratory (VeRLab) under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Douglas G. Macharet at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) in Brazil. I also hold a degree in Automation and Control Engineering from UFMG, obtained in 2023, and completed one exchange semester at Hochschule Rhein-Waal, Germany.
